Verification is typically required before a User's first withdrawal, when a User's cumulative deposit exceeds certain thresholds, or where the platform's internal risk controls flag an account for review. KYC requirements are in place to prevent fraud, money laundering, underage access and other prohibited activity.

All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) where PKR is the designated account currency. All bets placed on br044 are subject to the general betting rules set out in this section, as well as any sport-specific or market-specific rules published on the platform. In the event of any conflict between these general rules and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules shall prevail.
A bet is accepted only when br044 confirms it in writing within your account's bet history. Until such confirmation is issued, no contract exists between you and br044 in relation to that bet. br044 reserves the right to refuse any bet, in whole or in part, without providing a reason.
br044 makes reasonable efforts to ensure that published odds are accurate at the time of display. However, odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. Where a bet has been accepted at odds that were published in error — including but not limited to manifest pricing errors, technical malfunctions or data feed failures — br044 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the User's account.
In-play betting on cricket matches, including PSL franchise games, ICC tournament fixtures and bilateral series, as well as football, UFC and other live events, is subject to additional conditions. Live odds update in real time, and there may be brief delays between displayed odds and actual acceptance. Any bets placed during a period of suspension — whether due to a wicket, goal, red card or other event — may be voided at br044's discretion.
If a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned or postponed and not completed within 24 hours of the original scheduled start time, all single bets on that event will be void and stakes returned. Accumulator bets will be settled with the void leg treated as a non-runner, reducing the accumulator accordingly. Specific rules may vary — refer to the sport-specific rules page for details.
br044 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, cashback promotions and other incentives to new and existing Users. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the offer. General bonus conditions that apply across all br044 promotions are set out below.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, br044 and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption or any other intangible losses, arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use the platform.
br044 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. br044 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components.
In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted, br044's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In all cases, br044's total aggregate liability to any User shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
br044 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from a User's failure to comply with these Terms, including losses arising from a User's use of the platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is restricted or prohibited.
Termination by the User: You may close your br044 account at any time by contacting support via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests must be completed and any active bonus funds will be forfeited. Accounts subject to open investigations may not be eligible for immediate closure.
Termination by br044: br044 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any User account, with or without prior notice, where the User has breached any provision of these Terms, where br044 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud or prohibited conduct, where continued operation of the account would create legal or regulatory risk for the platform, or where br044 elects to withdraw services from a particular market.
Upon termination initiated by br044 for cause, any funds held in the account may be withheld pending the outcome of any ongoing investigation. Where termination is initiated for reasons unrelated to User misconduct, any verified balance will be returned to the User via the last-used payment method.
br044 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, br044 will update the "Last updated" date displayed at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify registered Users via email or an in-platform notification.
Your continued use of the platform following the publication of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 14 above.
